1. Overview
All payments for massage services provided by Amadeus Downe are non-refundable. By booking and paying for a massage session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. No Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for massage services are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded.
3. Cancellations

Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 24 hours] prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of any payment made or, if applicable, a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee: If you cancel with less than 12 Hours, notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50 or forfeit any deposit paid.
4. No-Show Policy

No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit any payment made and may be subject to a no-show fee of$50. Rescheduling

Rescheduling Requests: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done with outside of 12 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
6. Exceptional Circumstances

Consideration for Exceptions: While all payments are non-refundable, we may consider exceptions in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other significant reasons. Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
